technically? he may be all of them or only some of them! fate/ holmes is a heckin schrodinger's cat on that matter. he's a mysterious bastard and when you ask him about it he canonically goes "anyway let's talk about x, y, z..." but i don't see any reason why he wouldn't KNOW about 'em ;)c (esp for a study in emerald, 7% solution, or holmes vs jack the ripper) he has met helena blavatsky as a shout-out to an obscure holmes pastiche where doyle meets helena iirc... the fate/ team rlly does their research and i love it

fate/ holmes was friends with henry jekyll, though! spoilers, but: jekyll was originally an informant in holmes's network who wanted to push himself in order to help holmes. in doing so, tho, he became involved with the dark dealings of the magical underworld which caught moriarty's notice. moriarty sent jekyll the tampered ingredients and... well. you know the rest of the story. holmes was rlly affected by it and personally took on jekyll's case despite his policy against accepting cases he had a personal vestment in
